We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, the massages were heavenly and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were very relaxing. The Aqua park was a lot of fun and the garden area was picturesque.
The bar/lounge area was not up to par with the other luxurious facilities. The selection of drinks was limited and service could have been better.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! Everything from the convenient location right next to the ski slopes, to the free ski equipment rental and lift tickets included in the hotel package, made our stay truly enjoyable. We were able to hit the slopes by 10am on the day of our arrival. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the B1 Market restaurant where we had delicious meals. The cleanliness was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Located right next to the ski lift and in front of the ski slope, the hotel has an impressive restaurant on the B1 floor. The rooms are large and comfortable with a great shower and bed linen. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options to choose from including Bircher Muesli, fresh juice, breads, pastries, and cold cuts.
The check-in process can be slow during peak periods.

Amazing view from the room. Spacious bathroom with great amenities. Convenient location with shuttle buses available for transport.
The hotel is too big and lacks direction signs, making it difficult to navigate. The staff’s English is poor and they struggle to understand basic requests.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes, and offers ski rental and lift tickets as part of the package. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The hotel can be overcrowded during the holidays, which makes it difficult to secure restaurant seating and equipment rentals. The room temperature was not individually adjustable and was very hot in winter, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
